Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Grappling LabOur newest Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class is our "Grappling Lab" on Sunday afternoons. The Grappling Lab is an invitation-only class for advanced Jiu Jitsu students. During the class we brainstorm, problem-solve, dissect techniques, review and do our homework to make sure we continue to progress as instructors. This open discussion style of training benefits the entire team.
Invitations are only given to blue belts and higher and to those that have proven their dedication. So train hard, train often and show us why you should be part of the Grappling Lab.
