Hi my name is Coach Jeremy Trahan and I'm the the Head Instructor here at Team Tooke MMA Spring. I am a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt under Carlos Gracie Jr. Black Belt, Travis Tooke. I have trained with some of the best grapplers in the world, including Carlos Machado, Marcelo Garcia, Rubens 'Cobrinha' Charles and Romero 'Jacare' Cavalcanti. I have also had the opportunity to travel to Sao Paulo, Brazil and where I trained with Alliance Co-Founder Fabio Gurgel and Turtle Guard Master Eduardo Telles. Although I love the challenge of training and improving each and every day, my true passion lies in helping my students reach their full potential.

Private Lessons

In addition to teaching classes Coach Jeremy also offers private lessons in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
